Job Description
Lipscomb Academy is seeking enthusiastic and responsible adults to assist with a variety of camps and activities as part of our Summer Experience program. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun engaging environment support meaningful experiences for students and be part of an energetic and missiondriven team.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well with children in a camp setting.
A positive teamoriented attitude.
Reliability responsibility and punctuality are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage with children in a variety of versatile activities including:
- Sports and Physical Activities:
- Arts and Crafts:
- Outdoor Adventures:
- STEM/Academic Enrichment:
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of campers at all times.
- Support camp leaders with planning and executing activities providing a positive experience for all participants.
- Act as a positive role model for campers fostering teamwork creativity and responsibility.
