Job Description
Attention skilled technicians! Were hiring a fulltime day shift Mill Maintenance Technician at GoldEagle Cooperative in Eagle Grove IA. Offering a competitive hourly rate of $25 $30/hour (based on experience) and a $1500 signon bonus. Dont forget our awesome benefits! This includes:

ABOUT THIS MILL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB
This is a fulltime day shift gig Monday to Friday running from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. We value your time and recognize the need for a worklife balance within reason.
As a Mill Maintenance Technician you start your day ready to tackle routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Safety is a priority as you quietly ensure the mill equipment operates smoothly. Engaging with the crew you discuss necessary adjustments and improvements ensuring a productive day.
Would you excel in this position Heres what you need:
- Proficency in the fabrication of mill equipment and an understanding of feed department tools
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A high level of customer service focus and a commitment to safety procedures
- A positive attitude calm under pressure and a strong work ethic
Experience in feed operations maintenance and fabrication is preferred!
