Compensation Range: $17$20/hourly commensurate with experience
Summary:
Intake Specialist will be responsible for the screening of patients including insurance eligibility and verification new patient registration ensure daily sliding fee scale applications for uninsured patients are complete and uploaded into Electronic Medical Record (EMR) issuing Good Faith Estimates for patient not wanting to use their insurance or selfpay and assisting the Patient Care Coordinator with medical case management services for all Primary Care patients.
