Job Description
Peony Kitchen Bellevue in Bellevue WA is looking for bartenders to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a selfstarter motivated and reliable. No previous experience in bartending required but you must have 2 years of serving experience at a high volume restaurant. Must be able to work mornings. We are looking for relatively inexperienced people who are willing to learn how to bartend. This is a great opportunity to get paid to learn how to bartend and upgrade your resume or just get your foot in the door to bartending.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or nonalcohol beverages
- Interact with customers take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ability to keep the bar organized stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
