Highschool Interns in INNIO Group experience technically challenging meaningful and creative assignments in our business including natural gas compression and power generation.
Essential Responsibilities
If you love technology and energy and want a career in engineering a technical internship in INNIO Group is for you! Engineering assignments take on the worlds toughest challenges clean power and affordable energy and are motivated by real business priorities. As an intern you could work on a variety of high impact teams potentially including product design mechanical development analysis controls remote data monitoring advanced and additive manufacturing testing and validation combustion performance services technical fulfillment costout and more. Applicable candidates for the highschool internship program include: rising highschool juniors seniors. Internships are available for the Summer of 2019 with the possibility of extending into the Fall of 2019.
Qualifications
- GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 / 4.0 overall
- High School Coursework Focus: STEM Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Controls Engineering. Other Technology based studies such as Computer Engineering Mechanical Design or other Enginerelated coursework focus will also be considered.
- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen
- Ability to lift pull push and guide medium weight objects up to 50 lbs.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job.
