You will be a player coach proactively selling to prospective Mews clients while coaching team members on becoming outstanding BDRs.

Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Lead in training motivating and coaching a distributed BDR Team
- Maintain responsibility for your own quota 50 of a BDRs) leading by example
- Ensure the BDR teams monthly performance goals are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with BDRs to hone a scalable Mews BD playbook for each region
- Maintain a consistent coaching process both in 1:1 sessions and group call clinics
- Police correct use of CRM by BDRs to report key metrics and provide assistance to BDRs in optimising their workflows and planning
- Proactively drive productivity increases through efficiencies systems and initiatives
- Carry out induction process for BDR hires as well as assisting in the improvement of training materials and procedures
- Take the initiative to better shape the future of the department with key initiatives your own insights and project management
- Maximise the value of our software usage by maintaining clean CRM processes effective usage of key tools and taking the initiative to innovate and constantly improve
You will maintain your commission element in this role with an OTE of between $100500 $111375.

- Track record of exceeding quotas in a predominantly outbound Business Development Role for a SaaS business
- Passionate about coaching and developing the careers of the team excited to help team members reach the next step

- Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams taking the lead when necessary.

- Expert communicator: Strong presentation communication active listening and influencing skills
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while hitting targets.
- Previous management experience is beneficial yet not mandatory
- Experience as a player coach going above and beyond the general scope of work in a highperforming sales team
- Ability to draw actionable insights from data to frame coaching sessions
- Ability to inspire openness and vulnerable selfimprovement within the team to achieve a cohesive culture even remotely
