Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain established quality standards.
• Take apart clean and reassemble equipment.
• Keep accurate records and notes on production sheets.
• Communicate with shift leaders about processing problems trouble and make permitted adjustments to equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and 6S standards.
• Identify quality issues and attain established productivity standards.
• Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform related responsibilities as required or directed.
• This role is a full time position onsite and timely and regular attendance is crucial to the success of the role.
• There is mandatory overtime associated with the role depending upon the needs of the business.

Skills and Education Requirements:

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift Experience preferred.
• Basic math reading and writing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to quality and detail
• Ability to troubleshoot processing problems
• Basic mechanical skills: handson working with tools including but not limited to wrenches spers pliers etc.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs. repetitively.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time squat bend twist and turn as needed to perform the job.
• Must be able to climb stairs multiple times throughout shift.
• Must be able to wear required safety equipment.

Typical Shift Schedules:

2^nd 3:00 pm 11pm

3^rd 11:00 pm 7 am

• This role is a fulltime position and onsite and because this is a team approach to batch manufacturing timely and regular attendance is crucial to the success of the role and the safety of the team
• The regular hours of the role are different for each shift but will always be 15 mins before production phase of the shift start
• There is mandatory overtime associated with the role depending upon the needs of the business because with teambased batch manufacturing batches must be manned for worker safety and may continue beyond the end of a scheduled shift or may require evening night or weekend rotations from each and every operator.
