Job Description

Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Respite in the East Syracuse area to a 14yr old girl with developmental disabilities. Her family is looking for a dedicated active individual to provide her with support and supervision both at home and in the community.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervision at home accompanying and supporting her during community outings supporting her with health and safety needs and providing transportation as needed.


We are looking for an individual who is dependable patient enthusiastic and able to work independently. Reliable transportation and a HS diploma/GED are required. Background check fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the nonprofit agency.


Hours: Approx 10 hrs/wk weekday afternoons/evenings

Flexible schedule to be agreed upon with the family


Pay rate: $18.00/hour
