Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team of top pediatric specialists. Ideal candidates should be interested in developing their clinical skills using evidencebased practice in a multidisciplinary collaborative setting through oneonone and group sessions with children and adolescents and providing family support through direct service.
Responsibilities
Maintains a caseload of individual therapy sessions and daily case management tasks. Caseload is a mix of clinic school daycare and home sessions.
Completes daily treatment notes daily data input and analysis initial and annual evaluations plan of care documents to update goals and other documentation as needed within required time frame.
Implements Eyas Landing curriculum and to theories of practice models supporting Eyas Landings therapeutic model.
Participates in ongoing collaboration with the clients team and family including weekly emails phone calls and in person discussions.
Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and families by providing parent education home programs and parent support as needed.
Requirements
Licensed Occupational Therapist
Masters degree required
Experience working with children or clients with special needs preferred
