Are you passionate about coffee and delivering excellent customer service We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic crew member to join our team!
Position: Crew member
Location: 114 Lancaster Ave. Downtown Monroe
Type: Fulltime/Parttime positions
What Were Looking For:
- A proactive and energetic individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a love for helping customers
- Previous experience as a Barista is a plus but were willing to train the right candidate!
What Youll Do:
- Craft delicious coffee beverages with care and precision
- Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth operation
