Who we are looking for
Were looking for someone whos passionate about learning and obsessed with user experience someone who can turn complex healthcare software into easytofollow aha moment learning journeys.
As our Learning Experience & Digital Adoption Specialist youll join our innovative Product Management team and take the lead on how users learn onboard and grow with OmegaAI and PowerServer. From building interactive elearning modules to rolling out inapp tips and guides youll make sure both our customers and internal teams feel confident using our cloudnative tools.
If you love designing engaging content geeking out over LMS dashboards and making tech less intimidating for people this role is for you. Youll work closely with Product Customer Success and Engineering to deliver training experiences that are not just informative but genuinely delightful.
What will you do
ELearning Design & Production 40
Design storyboard and build interactive elearning content simulations and microlearning experiences using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
Apply adult learning principles and clinical workflow understanding to create engaging rolespecific learning paths
Package and publish content in SCORM/xAPI formats for LMS compatibility
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AODA) and readiness for localization/multilingual rollout.
Digital Adoption & Enablement 25
Create inapp guides walkthroughs tooltips job aids and checklists to support realtime contextual learning
Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to proactively launch adoption campaigns and new feature rollouts
Monitor and evaluate adoption impact using tools like usage analytics NPS CSAT and support ticket deflection.
LMS Administration 20
Own and manage the corporate LMS (Litmos) including user provisioning learning path creation SSO/CRM integration and reporting
Maintain scalable governance practices (taxonomy tagging versioning and archiving of assets)
Internal Competency Programs 10
Develop internal training for Product Engineering Support and Sales (e.g. certifications onboarding live sessions knowledge checks)
Deliver and facilitate live webinars virtual lunch & learns and justintime training sessions
Metrics & Continuous Improvement 5
Define KPIs including course completion CSAT and feature adoption conversion
Analyze learning engagement and performance
Iterate on content formats and delivery channels based on data and business goals.
