Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Personalization & Connection Center Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering accessory upgrades scheduling installations conduct technology presentationsand ensuring customer satisfaction through followup and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer accessory upgrades to customers highlighting the benefits and features of each option.
- Schedule accessory installations and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Print vouchers for rewards and promotions.
- Troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity issues on devices that connect with customers vehicles.
- Conduct brief presentations of the available technology features for customers on their vehicles after purchase multiple times throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Must be available to work weekends evenings and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Knowledge of automotive accessories and technology.
