A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SUMMER INTERNJOB TRAINING SPECIALIST
As a Summer Intern you will work in the Summer Youth Work Experience Programs with students ages 1622 at an employer within the community. The Summer Intern will work with up to 4 participants at one site and will assist the youth with learning basic work skills and ensure that all participants work safely. Hours are based on the job assignment but will occur MF between 85 at an average of 25 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SUMMER INTERNJOB TRAINING SPECIALIST
- Knowledge of different disabilities learning styles and/or social services
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are you selfmotivated but also a team player Are you able to work efficiently with an awareness of what is going on around you Do you have excellent communication skills Are you reliable Do you have a positive attitude and take pride in your work If so then you might just be perfect for this position!
WORK SCHEDULE
You must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evening and weekend shifts.
