Manager Safety & EHS Training and Compliance Programs
- Lead the development and delivery of critical safety and EHS compliance training bringing your 5 years of experience managing safety programs and personnel
- A Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety Training or a related field or equivalent experience is necessary
- Pay is $120000
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote as this is an 100 onsite position
- Fulltime permanent W2 employee

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Manage Safety OSHA Environmental and Governmental Regulatory programs to ensure legal compliance and accuracy.
- Identify develop and implement training programs policies and procedures based on organizational needs.
- Oversee accident investigations and collaborate with HR on the Workers Compensation program.
- Lead the Safety Committee and Government Compliance Committee.
- Ensure compliance with EPArequired programs including Risk Management Emergency Planning and Air Emissions.
- Stay updated on safety training and environmental regulations through ongoing education and training.
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- A Bachelors degree
- 5 yrs of EHS management experience
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
