What you can look forward to as a Business Partner (m/f/d) Compliance and Data Privacy:
- Implement and manage the Compliance and Data Privacy Management System within our Compliance and Data Privacy team
- Advise business functions on concrete Compliance and Data Privacy issues
- Lead and manage projects on Compliance and Data Privacy as well as risk mitigation
- Educate targetspecific groups on Compliance and Data Privacy matters
- Perform data privacy impact assessments and maintaining the records of processing activities
- Assess personal data breaches and data subjects requests and are involved in the respective response activities thereto
- Perform internal investigations and provide prevention management
- Implement further development of Compliance and Data Privacy within Chassis System & Modules Business Group
Your Profile as Business Partner (m/f/d) Compliance and Data Privacy:
- Degree in the field of law business IT or related field with several years of professional Compliance and Data Privacy experience in an international environment
- Understanding of the international Data Privacy regulatory environment in particular the EU GDPR
- Ability to evaluate and balance risks with business needs and processes
- Understanding of data driven businesses
- Ability to understand market and business needs while safeguarding privacy compliance
- Confident appearance in negotiations and strong communication skills in English with good German skills
- Ability to work and travel international
