SelfDirection DSP Manlius Area (Job #HTAC)
Seeking a Direct Support Professional for Young Woman with a Developmental Disability
You can make a difference in the life of someone special! We are looking for an young engaging and creative staff 1:1 support) to work with a young woman with a developmental disability who is located in the city of Manlius NY. In this critical role you will provide support to the person while completing tasks and goals such as assisting with transitioning between activities participating in exercise and attending community activities. The ideal candidate will have effective communication be compassionate and must be reliable. Experience is preferred but not necessary for the right candidate!
Hours: Weekdays 49pm and some weekend availability
Pay rate: $20/hour starting additionally $.70 per mile for transportation reimbursement
Location: Manlius NY
Reliable transportation is required. Background check fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by nonprofit agency.
