Job Description
LC State invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Business Management and Operations located in Lewiston Idaho.
Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: $60000
Degree Required: Masters of Business Administration or related degree from a regionally accredited college or university (terminal degree preferred)
Required Qualifications:
- Experience and education needed to teach business management and operations courses
Preferred Qualifications:
- DBA PhD in Management or related degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- Collegelevel teaching experience preferred
- Quality online instructional experience
- Collegiality within a team environment
- Ability to work independently
- Perform effectively under pressure and with deadlines
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities are teaching Financial Management Production Operations Management and other managementrelated courses as well as accounting principles courses. This position is responsible for teaching a 12hour course load per semester advising students program development outcomes assessment scholarly activities and service to the division and college.
Additional duties include direct and indirect activities to support the recruitment and retention of students. Start date is August 2025.
