VALCO is a leader in commercial poultry egg and swine production equipment specializing in worldfamous poultry watering and feeding systems is currently looking for FullTime Press Operator in the Coldwater Ohio facility.
*STARTING WAGE OF $20 TOP OUT PAY $24 FOR PRESS OPERATOR
*410 HOUR DAYS
*80 HOURS PTO AS WELL AS 1 FLOATING HOLIDAY AFTER PROBATIONARY PERIOD
* WEEKLY PAY
*Overtime is currently available
* OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT IN TO SKILLED POSITIONS SUCH AS SETUP LASER WELDER MACHINE ROOM AUGER ETC...
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner
- Ensure that the machine is maintained for the highest level of productivity and quality
- Perform inprocess inspections on components being produced
- Complete required logs and shop tracking cards
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area
- BE ABLE TO MAKE PIECE RATE
