Description

The Seasonal Sales Associate drives sales growth by personally selling deep and across all product categories and delivering emotionally engaging customer experiences consistent with the brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives sales and growth by personally selling to customers
  • Connecting with multiple customers
  • Proactively engages with customers reads cues and responds effectively
  • Creates a memorable connection by asking effective questions to identify customer needs and make additional product recommendations
  • Uses confident selling statements and is effective at overcoming customer objections
  • Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions taking a measurement or conducting a fitting
  • Displays expert product knowledge and takes initiative where needed
  • Participates in sales goal setting with manager and tracks individual performance towards the goal
  • Delivers a friendly and efficient customer experience

All roles at Victorias Secret are responsible for:

  • Driving sales results and growing the business through action and productivity
  • Maintaining a focus on bras as the premier product to build loyalty and support our Best at Bras culture
  • Creating customer awareness (i.e. email capture) to build customer loyalty when applicable
  • Setting personal goals and tracking individual and team performance to the goals
  • Preparing for each shift by maintaining awareness of all sales promotions and applicable ringing procedures
  • Taking initiative to recover and replenish merchandise so it is available to sell
  • Understanding and adhering to visual merchandising brand standards
  • Assisting in housekeeping of sales floor and communicating maintenance issues
  • Keeping an awareness of and building personal capability in loss prevention
  • Reinforcing store strategy to reduce shrink
  • Supporting all activities related to providing a safe working environment
  • Understanding and demonstrating Company values

  • Transactions Per Hour
  • Bra Conversion

Qualifications:
