Your role: The Sun is looking for a talented writer to produce stories with SEO principles baked in.
Our casual SEO journalists work on a rota but this isnt a full time position.
Day to day you will:
Writing stories on a variety of topics
Ensuring all stories are grammatically correct and welledited
Able to conduct indepth research to keep our readers informed and entertained
Contact sources/PR executives for further information on stories when required
Have a thorough knowledge of the IPSO Code of Conduct media law and ethical considerations
What we are looking for from you:
Experience writing to a deadline in a fastpaced environment
Strong understanding of daily news trends
Be agile
Good understanding of SEO
Passion for news and digital journalism
Good team player
