VitalRads is hiring an experienced Client Service Representative to join our INCREDIBLE team parttime!
VitalRads has grown into a worldclass team of veterinary imaging experts headquartered in Cypress Texas (just outside of Houston). The VitalRads team is comprised of boardcertified veterinary specialists and other skilled professionals with over 150 years of combined experience in veterinary diagnostic imaging teleradiology telemedicine PACS DICOM IT and veterinary hospital information systems. Our boardcertified veterinary specialists review and interpret animal imaging cases from around the world every day from all modalities. VitalRads also has a mobile ultrasound group serving veterinarians in the Greater Houston area. Place your trust in us for all your imaging needs and make us a part of your team!

This position is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to clients and the greater team to meet and exceed client needs and expectations. Serves and supports existing and prospective clients by responding to Dialpad calls PetDesk tickets and by effectively handling assigned projects. The scope of work includes client support technical assistance onboarding of new clients sharing information with teammates and continuous learning about our business and service options.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
The ideal applicant will be friendly and outgoing with a love for both pets and people along with a great attitude and a big smile!
  • Two years of veterinary office experience as a veterinary technician
  • Exceptional customer focus
  • Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Works well under minimal supervision
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Highly proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook Word Excel Sharepoint)
  • Advanced technical skills and experience related to computer applications cloud and webbased systems
  • High school education or GED required
Role Responsibilities:
  • Responds to all types of client service calls and tickets and resolves client issues with speed accuracy and good humor. Appropriately uses tools like canned responses in the PetDesk system to ensure client responses are professionally worded and accurate.
  • Utilizes project time to complete assigned projects using appropriate software (Excel jotform etc.. with an eye towards detail and delivering measurable results.
  • Maintains composure when dealing with difficult client interactions and works always to respectfully resolve issues and satisfy client needs. Never forgets that our clients are on the front lines of animal care and that our results and service will ultimately impact a beloved pets health.
  • Works respectfully with specialists to assist them with any questions they have on existing cases and utilizes website addendum functionality to resolve the need for clients to have their case questions answered.
  • Collaborates with peers and team members from other groups (billing technical support VGP) to grow in knowledge and better understand the big picture of our service to clients.
  • Using technical knowledge skills and experience may act as mentor for less experienced staff. May train and crosstrain staff and assist with other departments such as OPUS as needed.
  • Keeps up to date and informed on all company services and policies and strives to align all job activities and processes with the Pathway values of empathy service accountability team exploration and joy.
  • Presents a professional image of VitalRADS at all times in appearance and behavior and seeks opportunities to promote the services offered by the company.
  • Communicates with and works with the other team members consistently to improve overall operations of VitalRads.
  • May occasionally be asked to cover oncall after normal business hours.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
