Location: Portland OR
Schedule: FullTime OnCall Rotation Required
Are you a natural leader with a passion for supporting others Do you enjoy building up teams and making a meaningful impact every day Community Access Services (CAS) is looking for a Program Lead to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a personcentered communitybased residential setting.
About the Role:
As a Program Lead you will serve as a support for the Program Manager and team ensuring the smooth daytoday operations of the home while providing direct care and mentorship to staff. Youll help oversee the implementation of support plans promote a positive work culture and uphold CASs mission of empowering the individuals we serve.

About the Role:
As a Program Lead you will serve as a support for the Program Manager and team ensuring the smooth daytoday operations of the home while providing direct care and mentorship to staff. Youll help oversee the implementation of support plans promote a positive work culture and uphold CASs mission of empowering the individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with IDD in a group living setting following Individual Support Plans (ISP).
- Assist with daily living activities including hygiene mobility and personal care.
- Encourage and support skillbuilding activities to promote independence.
- Always maintain safety and wellbeing of individuals.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with individuals served coworkers managers families and external partners.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Therap and other required systems.
- Participate in the mandatory oncall rotation to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with ISP development behavior and communication plans and Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) a plus.
- Strong communication organization and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility hygiene and ADLs.
- Must be detailoriented dependable and a team player.
- Valid drivers license required. Must be able to qualify as an approved agency driver and maintain that eligibility throughout employment.
- Ability to pass a background check as required by agency and licensing standards.
