Job Description
Ko Zaks Laketown Grill and Catering in Smithville MO is looking for two prep cooks to join our 16 person strong team. We are located on 1018 S Hwy 169. Our ideal candidate is organized attentive ambitious and reliable.

Responsibilities
- Follow recipes and prepare simple dishes
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix wash peel chop grind strain slice meat and vegetables
- Basic cooking functions such as baking scones and cookies and preparing sauces and dressings
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Qualifications
- Able to work in a cold environment for multiple hours
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- No experience required
