You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe role will require an individual to pick up and log tickets related to end user support resolved deskside or remotely as well as to support global IT operations colleagues by being the local IT contact. IT Operations tasks include; installing bespoke software aligning vendors to deliver a solution and documenting steps of new processes following instruction.
The team also acts as a local service desk and can escalate incidents through other global support groups to achieve the deliverables supporting the OSS contract.
As well as OSS the technician will take part in IT Workplace Refresh Rollout projects each year replacing models of laptops PCs iPads and phones.
