Job Description
Location: Ottawa (preferred) Chicago or Boston

The Role
As Executive Business Partner Legal & Quality youll work directly with our General Counsel to support strategic initiatives and improve how Legal and Quality teams operate. This is a handson role focused on executioncoordinating governance supporting crossfunctional work managing tools and vendors and keeping key priorities on track.
Youll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure Legal and Quality work is aligned effective and supported.
What Youll Do
Support legal and compliance priorities across the business
Coordinate Compliance Committee meetings and followups
Manage workflows and crossteam coordination for Legal and Quality
Oversee tools and vendors (e.g. Lexion) including renewals and budgets
Maintain documentation and support adoption of compliance systems
Create presentations summaries and briefing materials
Own operational logistics tied to projects vendors and daytoday support
Act as a liaison between Legal and other teams
What You Bring
Experience supporting a General Counsel or legal leadership team
Strong project and meeting management skills
Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and priorities
Familiarity with legal operations tools and vendor relationships (Lexion a plus)
High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. healthcare finance pharma) is a plus
