Job Description
Description of the Role:
University Home Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Newport MI. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with personal care tasks
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient health status
- Assisting with medication reminders
- Helping with light household chores
Requirements:
- Working transportation insurance registration and valid license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
