Job Description
Location: Urbana OH

Primary Activities/Duties:
- Work with the Surface Treatment team to process unpainted work rework and special color parts through the finishing systems.
- Program and operate the automatic equipment used in automatic booths.
- Monitor the coating quality from the paint systems.
- Meet and exceed customer specifications.
- Clean and maintain all paintrelated equipment and work areas.
- Operate and maintain all paint application and delivery equipment used in both the manual and automatic spray booths for the application of both standard and special color coatings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred but not required.
- Moderate knowledge of powder paint equipment and powder paint applications required.
- ECoat experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand in paint booth occasionally throughout work shift.
- Walk bend twist and reach frequently throughout the work shift.
- Frequently walk up and down stairs or ladder.
- Grasp hand tools including paint application/delivery equipment.
- Frequently work overhead.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds to waist level; frequently lift 2540 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above the shoulders.
