Qualifications of an ideal Cook:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- CPR Certified
- At least 1 year of related work experience
Cook Job Summary:
As aCook you are responsible for creating a highend dining experience for our residents; dining services are available seven days a week featuring themed dinners carving stations and dessert displays.
- Prepare delicious entrees soups vegetables accompaniments and garnishes
- Maintain high standards of quality temperature control and presentation
- Follow nutritional guidelines based on resident care plan
- Ensure the prep station and kitchen is kept clean and sanitized in accordance with food safety guidelines
