Job Description

What Youll Do:
Support the development of project schedules and budgets.
Work with vendors to gather pricing and ensure timely followup.
Perform estimates takeoffs and manage project documentation.
Track construction materials equipment and project progress.
Attend project meetings record notes and keep teams aligned.
Perform additional assignments per Project Manager or Superintendents direction.
Assist in gathering and distributing closeout documents for project completion.

What You Bring:
Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
Basic understanding of construction techniques drawings and materials.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to learn and use project management software like Procore and Microsoft Project.
Work Environment:
Officebased with occasional onsite visits.
Travel required as needed for project support.
