Weyland Ventures is looking to hire experienced Facilities Technician to join our Maintenance Team.

Position Summary
This position maintains and repairs facilities for commercial and multiunit residential properties executes work orders in a timely manner and ensures the properties maintain excellent curb appeal and first impressions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Surveys buildings ensuring consistency with health and safety standards.
- Conducts general upkeep and other tasks as assigned (painting carpentry plumbing appliance install drywall repair windows etc.
- Performs preventative maintenance and repairs of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Shares oncall rotation
- Other duties as assigned.
- Completes the makeready process to prepare vacant apartments homes for moveins.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Minimum high school or GED required.
- Knowledge of electrical plumbing appliances and HVAC systems
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations are a plus!
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician
- Deadline detail and customer serviceoriented
- Strong knowledge of tools common appliances and devices
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools
- Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (position requires local travel)
