Were looking for a passionate professional to drive performance insights through quality audits and technical support. In this role youll champion operational excellence across assessing quality cost and timeliness while delivering exceptional personalised service to our Shannons customers. What youll do

  • Operational Excellence: Support cost quality and timeliness targets by assisting Shannons Claims Managers and Assessors. Provide daytoday operational support
  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct assessor audits and use systems to ensure process and quality compliance. Meet quality review targets
  • Coaching & Development: Deliver 1:1 feedback coach Assessors and leaders and suggest improvements based on performance trends
  • Customer Experience: Ensure smooth claim resolution tailored to Shannons customers needs and expectations
  • Communication: Clearly and confidently share information across all stakeholder groups
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes professionally with a solutionfocused approach
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process or experience improvements specific to Shannons customers. Monitor and refine as needed
  • Team Participation: Actively engage in team activities feedback and development planning
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong trusted relationships internally and externally
  • Risk Awareness: Proactively manage risk report fraud and follow all policies and standards

What youll bring

  • Industry qualified expert e.g. Panel Beater Spray Painter or Mechanic (mandatory)
  • Business and/or industry related qualification (desired)
  • Demonstrated expertise in vehicle loss adjusting and systems knowledge
  • 3 years quoting and estimating experience
  • 3 years of customer service management
  • Demonstrate ability to successfully advise and mentor people
