What are we looking for

The Sales Representative position is responsible for the growth of assigned key accounts as well as identifying and developing strategic new business opportunities. Were looking for somebody who is selfsufficient with an entrepreneurial approach in their work. This position will spend up to 50 of the time outside of the office visiting clients attending trade shows etc.

What youll do:

Listed examples are illustrative and representative of the tasks required of this position and are not intended to be complete or exclusive.

  • Sell Interteks ATIC services within assigned vertical account and territory through effective client research prospecting and networking.
  • Work with Sales Manager to define and develop territory to increase new and existing sales.
  • Meet with current and prospective customers face to face via client presentations and participation at trade shows.
  • Write and follow up on proposals specify appropriate standards and pricing.
  • Follow through on sales transactions to ensure a superior customer experience for every project.
  • Resolve customer needs issues and complaints in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Meet all KPI targets and log activity in to iConnect (CRM) as required.
  • Achieve all sales targets including quotes orders revenue etc. on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of prior successful sales experience.
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and superior presentation skills.
  • Must be detailedoriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload with efficient time management.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal written and presentation formats.
  • Must be energized and selfmotivated and have the ability to work independently in a fastpaced multitasking environment with shifting priorities.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Physical dexterity/mobility to travel via car airplane and to perform all clerical functions inherent to the position.
  • Must be customer focused and quality driven.
  • Ability to travel as business needs dictate up to 50.
  • A valid drivers license and reliable driving record.

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing communications or other directly relevant field.
  • Business to business sales experience.
