This is a paid internship working 16 hours per week from July 7th 2025 through September 30th 2025. Current Salary is $19.18 per hour.
Position Summary:
TheMembership Operationsteam isresponsible to support and provideDigital Fundraising OnAir Pledge Signal Society Donor Relationship Events Finance Member Services Development and Membership Operationswith the data needed to make data informed decisions. The team serves as the central data hub for the organization. The team is responsible for enhancing the member/donor experiences by implementing integrating and automating systems and Operationsintern will have many responsibilities includingwriting reports creating dashboardswriting scripts/code for automating processesmining of data sets for insightsand supporting the intern will alsobe participatinginprojectsallowing them to complete the internship with a deliverable that can be used in their future job search.

As part of the Membership Operations team the intern will learn what it means to put our members/donors/audiences first as we look to find the stories in their data that will allow us to enhance our existing member experience and at the same time grow a younger more diverse member base. This internship will help develop and hone analytical and communication skills. Additionally the intern will learn how to navigate through different system and processes. If there is anything specific an intern wants to learn about membership department we are committed to making that happen.
