This position is open to Alaskan Residents only.


What You Will Be Doing:
In this role you will supervise a team of senior service technicians and office assistants who review and process applications for Home and CommunityBased Waiver Programs/State Plan Programs. You will be responsible for hiring training and overseeing reporting staff as well as completing performance evaluations performance coaching and working with the Health Program Manager II when disciplinary action is required.

The Working Environment You Can Expect:
Team members and supervisors are located in Anchorage at 1835 Bragaw Street which is convenient to shops restaurants and trails. This position is scheduled for an 8hour workday but start and stop times can be flexible between 8 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

After completing a successful probationary period the position includes the capacity for a hybrid telework schedule.
