Job Description
Are you a motivated peopleoriented individual who enjoys connecting with customers and creating memorable experiences Jenkins and Wynne is looking for a Sales Coordinatorto join our growing sales team!
As a Sales Coordinator youll play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our current and past customers. Youll help schedule sales appointments assist with vehicle information requests and ensure every customer feels valuedeven long after their purchase.
We are looking for someone available to work MondaySaturday 8am5pm with a weekday of your choice (excluding Mondays) and all Sundays off. 1 Saturday of your choosing off a month. Scheduling hours can be flexible! This is an entry level position so no previous sales or automotive experience required!
What Youll Do:
Make outbound calls to our existing and previous customers to schedule sales appointments
Respond to customer requests by providing photos and videos of vehicles of interest
Follow up with customers for special occasions such as birthdays and purchase anniversaries
- Send thank you letters to customers after they purchase from us
Help ensure each customer receives toptier service before during and after the sale
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and personalized buying experience
- Contact customers when their registration is ready for pickup
What Were Looking For:
Friendly upbeat personality with great phone and communication skills
Selfmotivated and comfortable making outbound calls
Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people
Ability to learn quickly and use CRM software
Previous customer service sales or call center experience is a plus!
- Background check drug and alcohol screening and clean driving record required
