This is a fully remote position located in the United States.
About the Software Engineer position:
Join us in transforming the way the world manages complex projects. As a Software Engineer youll be at the heart of LoadSprings mission to empower businesses with smarter faster and more secure cloudbased project management solutions by driving the design development and seamless integration of software that makes a real impact. Working alongside a passionate product development team youll help build the tools that keep industries moving forward.
What youll do as a Software Engineer:
- Serve as a contributor and member to project teams within software product development.
- Embrace and engage in a professional Agile/Scrum mindset.
- Influence and contribute to the design development and maintenance of fullstack software solutions to support innovative projects.
- Review product specifications and requirements evaluate new product ideas and translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Participate in formal and informal code review and assist team members.
- Write welldesigned and testable code in various languages (JavaScript C# .NET etc.
- Perform analysis and design of software and applications.
- Learn and adapt to new applications languages and techniques.
- Implement frontend user interfaces and backend services.
- Conduct debugging troubleshooting performance optimization and validation of software across the full development stack.
- Apply technical skills to solve current and future business needs ensuring logical feasible and practical methods or solutions in development processes.
- Make recommendations around the scope of present and future product lines.
- Facilitate and update documentation relating to new and existing software and systems.
- May specialize in one or more areas of development including network operating systems databases or applications.
What youll need to be a successful Software Engineer:
- 2 4 years of experience as a fullstack software engineer in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- 2 4 years of working experience with C# JavaScript .NET Visual Studio Azure DevOps.
- Strong scripting and automation skills with experience building highperforming software.
- Proficient in the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
