As a Customer Service Representative at Steele Rubber Products you will engage with our valued customers. Your typical day will involve answering an average of 2030 calls handling sales inquiries and processing orders promptly and efficiently. Offering expert advice on parts selection upselling for complete installations and providing technical assistance will be key aspects of your role. You will have the opportunity to use various communication channels such as phone email and chat to ensure seamless interactions. To excel as a Customer Service Representative at Steele Rubber Products you will need a minimum of two years of customer service or sales experience to navigate the demands of this role effectively.
