Employment Specialist Full Time Opportunity
*$1500 SignOn Bonus!*
In this role you will provide job coaching to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving employment supports through Arc of Onondaga. Goals in this position include promotion of job retention motivation inclusion and career planning for people seeking employment. As an Employment Specialist you will have the opportunity to support people seeking employment in achieving their goals.

Requirements:
Associates Degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities.
Combination of education and experience which in the judgement of the employer equals above standards.
A valid NYS drivers license and a driving record acceptable to the Agencys insurance carrier.
