What Youll Do:

  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure smooth daily operations across the branch call center or digital delivery channels.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence integrity and accountability.
  • Support and develop staff through coaching training and performance feedback.
  • Cultivate member and business relationships by representing the credit union at community events and establishing a trusted presence in Anacortes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and credit union policies.
  • Monitor and manage facilities staffing and technology to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Partner with senior leadership to implement business marketing and member engagement strategies.

Requirements

Were Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is willing to be an active participant in or is already deeply connected to the Anacortes community whether through service schools nonprofits or civic involvement.
  • Has 23 years of related experience in financial services operations or team leadership (or a combination of experience and education).
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leads by example with a positive proactive and peoplefirst mindset.
  • Thrives in both memberfacing and behindthescenes roles adapting to the needsof the day.

Qualifications:

  • A combination of education and experience to effectively perform the role.
  • NMLS registration or willingness to obtain.
  • Notary Public license (or willingness to become certified).
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulatory standards and member service excellence.
