What Youll Do:
As a Residential Plumber youll play a vital role in maintaining and improving the plumbing systems in our managed properties. If youre a skilled professional with a passion for problemsolving and quality workmanship this position is for you!
Install repair and maintain residential plumbing systems
Troubleshoot leaks clogged drains and other plumbing issues
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Work with tenants and property managers to resolve plumbing concerns
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
What Were Looking For:
2 years of residential plumbing experience
Washington State PL02 plumbing license (required)
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required)
Strong troubleshooting skills & attention to detail
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
Excellent customer service & communication skills
