Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a talented individual to join our design center in Beaverton Oregon. You will design innovative CMOS BiCMOS and HBT Analog/Mixed Signal ASICs for our nextgeneration products. Collaborate with a team of exceptional engineers and managers to develop industryleading solutions using worldclass design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design building blocks of nextgeneration ASICs using advanced ASIC tools.
- Run simulations to optimize design performance and manufacturability.
- Perform signal analysis on systems outside the ASIC.
- Characterize designs or create characterization plans.
- Work with product line architects to analyze power cost and performance tradeoffs at the system level.
Qualifications:
- MSEE/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in designing analog and/or mixedsignal integrated circuits (e.g. amplifiers PLLs ADCs DACs).
- Proficiency with modern ASIC design tools.
- Ability to perform analog and RF analysis without relying solely on simulators.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to generate quality documentation.
- Experience in layout for critical cells and characterizing designs in the lab.
- Prior experience working effectively with remote teams.
- A drive for continuous learning and improvement and staying updated with process technology.
- Some domestic travel may be required.
