As a Singular Solutions Telecommunications Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by helping customers transition to our cuttingedge cellularbased home phone service. The Telecommunications Sales Representative role is your opportunity to make a difference by providing costsaving solutions and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels making 300400 calls per day.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Present and demonstrate telecom products and services to potential clients.
- Develop customized solutions to meet customers telecommunications requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Provide exceptional postsale support to customers
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote Singular Solutions services with a focus on saving customers money and upgrading their home phone service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problemsolving.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Qualifications
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Proven experience in telecom or salesrelated coldcalling roles
Knowledge
- Familiarity with telecom products and services
- Telemarketing best practices preferred
