As a Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician with our real estate company your role is filled with various challenges and successes! You start by addressing a leaky pipe. Next you tackle an electrical issue replacing a faulty outlet to restore power. You may find yourself on a roof patching shingles like a pro and clearing out gutters to ensure rainwater flows away from the house. To wrap things up you work your carpentry skills fixing a stubborn door or smoothing out a drywall patch.
