Groundsman

By the Sea Resorts is seeking experienced Groundsmen to care for the landscapes of our portfolio of properties in beautiful Panama City Beach of the role:

As a hotel groundsman at By the Sea Resorts in Panama City Beach FL your role will be crucial in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the resort grounds. You will be responsible for ensuring that the landscaping is wellmaintained the walkways are clear and the outdoor areas are inviting for guests. This role requires attention to detail and a dedication to keeping the outdoor spaces in top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Mowing and edging lawns
• Pruning shrubs and trees
• Watering plants and flowers
• Removing weeds and debris
• Sweeping walkways and parking areas
• Assisting with landscaping projects as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers and trimmers
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
