As a Compliance Consultant youll join our paid 2years NXTGen Traineeship after which you will integrate our Projective consulting team.
From day one youll receive indepth training (both soft & hard skills) benefit from mentorship by experienced consultants and gain handson client experience all designed to fasttrack your growth.
Our mission To fasttrack your career in Compliance Consulting an increasingly critical area for financial institutions navigating everchanging regulatory landscapes.
What Will You Do
Guide and advise clients to ensure their operations comply with national and EU regulations (NBB/DNB/AFM/FSMA etc..
Support regulatory remediation programs.
Tackle Risk & Compliance challenges headon.
Manage regulatory interactions (e.g. audits investigations information requests).
Raise awareness around new legislation and contribute to internal training and best practices.
Help build digital tools and smart solutions to simplify compliance processes.
Deliver compelling presentations and clear reports to communicate your findings.
Job requirements
What Do You Bring to the Table
A higher education degree in Law or in a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience preferably in a compliancerelated role.
With solid exposure to the financial services sector through previous roles internships or other relevant engagements.
A keen interest in compliance trends innovation and financial regulation.
A mindset that balances accuracy with pragmatism.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to simplify complex challenges
A team mindset and strong communication skills
Fluent in Dutch or French and English
Enthusiastic selfstarting and ready to make your mark
Pragmatic positive and solution oriented mindset
Curious proactive and confident in sharing your perspective
