Job Description
As an AM Server at Holiday Inn Boston Bunker Hill Area you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction during breakfast and lunch hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests
- Take food and drink orders
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure cleanliness of dining area
- Answer guest questions and provide recommendations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail
- Available to work weekends and holiday
- Hours weekdays 5am11am & weekends 6am12pm
