Position: Quality Manager
Location: Brea CA FullTime Onsite
Position Description
As Quality Assurance Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive highquality products on time every time. You will lead our quality initiatives drive continuous improvement and implement methodologies across all areas of production.
You will serve as the organizations quality ambassador ensuring every process product and team meets rigorous performance and reliability standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead quality initiatives across the organization using DMAIC methodology.
- Develop and implement standards aligned with industry benchmarks and customer expectations.
- Champion quality tools and methodologies including: 5S SPC (Statistical Process Control) DFMEA/PFMEA MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) CAPA Root Cause Analysis Risk Registers & Control Plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve quality goals.
- Monitor and audit production lines for process and product compliance.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies while maintaining quality integrity.
- Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams and customers regarding quality matters.
- Make datadriven decisions that balance costefficiency with performance.
- Document and analyze quality failures lead improvement efforts and prevent recurrence.
- Handson leadership and management by providing regular feedback conducting employee coaching sessions and demonstrating by example.
- Taking part in business operations such as answering customer communication and resolving customer concerns as well as addressing internal operational needs.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or related field.
- 10 years of experience in a Quality leadership role within electronics or PCB manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 IPC standards Mil Standards and lean manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of and experience with Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with quality compliance for industries such as defense aerospace communications medical or automotive is a strong plus.
Salary: $85000 $110000 depending on experience.
Salary depends on relevant work experience education training essential skills and/or other factors such as specialized or highdemand professions. In addition to the annual salary at managements discretion the position will be eligible for performancebased incentives.
