Are you passionate motivated and ready to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities Bridging Independent Living Together Inc. (BILT Inc. is looking for selfinitiating team members who share our mission of providing quality personalized services to individuals in their homes and communities.
Who We Are:
We are a small nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with varying disabilities. At BILT Inc. we pride ourselves on taking the impossible and making it possible. Our work is diverseranging from teaching individuals how to secure employment and enjoy community outings to offering vital respite care and mentorship. We serve individuals between the ages of 3 and 65 helping them achieve greater independence in all aspects of their lives.
Who Were Looking For:
Were searching for candidates who are experienced passionate and eager to contribute to our mission. While we offer a combination of Zoom and inperson training once hired prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
Requirements:
- Car and valid drivers license (you will be taking individuals into the community in personal vehicles; mileage reimbursement provided)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a CORI check
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to helping others
- Candidates with bachelors or masters degrees are strongly encouraged to apply
