What are we looking for
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance revenue processes optimize quoting and billing workflows and provide datadriven insights. This role will work closely with Sales Finance and Operations teams to ensure seamless revenue operations using Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud.
What will you do in RamSoft
- Analyze revenue trends billing accuracy and sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Streamline pricing quoting and revenue recognition processes in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.
- Ensure accuracy in ordertocash processes revenue reconciliation and data integrity across systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Salesforce Excel and BI tools to track sales performance bookings and revenue projections.
- Optimize revenue operations by identifying inefficiencies and automating processes.
What will you bring RamSoft
- Experience: 3 years in Revenue Operations Finance or a related field.
- Salesforce Expertise: Handson experience with Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud is required.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting skills with Excel SQL or BI tools (Power BI Tableau etc..
- Process Optimization: Ability to enhance efficiency in revenue workflows.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work crossfunctionally with key teams.
