Job Description
Description of the role:
By the Sea Resorts in Panama City Beach FL is seeking a dedicated Groundsman Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and appearance of our resort grounds.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the groundskeeping staff
- Ensure all landscaping tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Implement landscaping plans to enhance the appearance of the resort
- Manage equipment and supplies necessary for grounds maintenance
Requirements:
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
- LCLM Applicator Certificate
